Please note that refunds are processed as soon as approved items are received at the Air Capital Auctions warehouse, but it may take 4-10 business days for your financial institution to return the money to your account. Any refund claim must be made in writing (text/email) within 48 hours of the pickup of the item. This refund policy references functionality and not cosmetic issues, appearance, etc.
Refunds: If you purchase an item listed as "48-hour Guarantee Eligible", "New/Like New" or "Factory Sealed" that is non-functional or an item that is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Shipping: Shipping is not available for any items sold by Air Capital Auctions. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. If you fail to pick up your won items within the pickup timeframe listed on the Details tab, the items will be forfeited and ownership will revert to the seller with no refund given.
In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. By bidding in an Air Capital Auction's auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. Exact change required on cash payments (no cash/change is kept onsite). You will need to pay with cash or a cashier's check. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash-exact change required when making payment. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Inspection: This auction does not o ffer scheduled inspection dates.
